Personal Coaching

We want to feel like we are making the right choices that will improve our health and well-being. After all we deserve it!

The challenge is that very often after active treatment we can be very confused with all the information presented to us and not know how to make sense of it all. We don't know where or how to start and motivation can be tough.

I help clients navigate the physical, emotional, and practical challenges that often accompany a cancer diagnosis and treatment.

Gain Clarity

After a cancer diagnosis you may feel unsure about the future and what are the best next steps for you. I have the knowledge, skills and tool bag of resources to help you break down your challenges.

During our coaching sessions I will support you holistically.

We will focus on the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational aspects of your life. I will provide a safe space for you to express your feelings and fears.

I will work with you to set realistic goals and create action plans for achieving them. This may include short-term goals related to treatment and recovery as well as long-term goals for post-treatment life.

Through exploration we identify areas that require focus and attention. This phase requires reflection and self-awareness to understand what it is you would like to change or improve in your life-style. This allows for a more deeper connection and purpose to your subsequent actions.

Based on the exploration phase, you pinpoint specific areas that need attention or improvement. These could be related to personal, or work related, or any other aspect of your life. A structured plan is then created to support you in your practice of your goals. This plan is likely to be systematic and organised, outlining the steps you'll take to work towards your goals. It may include short-term and long-term objectives, action steps, and a timeline.

The process is a proactive one and requires time and focus in order for you to be completely content. My clients set the pace of the coaching sessions.  I work remotely with clients across the world. My experience in varied settings and education in Psychology ensures that I provide a personalised, compassionate and empathetic service to all my clients.

I will be there for you to listen and guide you along the path of recovery.
