I address your challenges recovering from cancer and help you create sustainable practices to improve your quality of life.
Cancer coaching is about focusing on the future and how to enjoy life after a cancer. Living with a cancer diagnosis changes so much and not just physically, but mentally too.
I address the emotional, physical, social, spiritual, intellectual, and occupational parts that make you. Together with you, I assist you to identify the challenges and actions needed to live a more fulfilled life after cancer.
After cancer we need to focus more on ourselves and whatever that focus may be and achieving goals and milestones set, gives you that sense of control and positive achievement needed after going through cancer.
My experience and qualifications enable me to help you breakdown the goals you may have but are too overwhelmed to attempt alone.
I can help break these down into small actions that are sustainable and provide a new way to manage your health and wellbeing.

Yes, I've totally changed my diet. Eat a lot more fruit and veg. Cut back on potatoes and pasta and eat more fish. Changed from milk chocolate to dark chocolate and use extra virgin olive oil much more.
